Sonic Frontiers Review
good
Sonic Frontiers is an ambitious open-world adventure that mostly succeeds at mixing up the Sonic formula, even when some of its ideas fall flat.

First good sonic game since sonic generations. They did a great job making an open world sonic game
To keep the game forever and never sell it. Trust me, you will regret it. I did, and now im buying it again.

This Game Takes Sonic To The Next Level If Your A Sonic Fan I Highly Recommend This, it features references to past games and so much more
The best Sonic the Hedgehog video game to be released in years! Sonic Team has something really special here and can't wait to see what direction they take this series in the future. A must play for Sonic fans.

This game would have been much, much better if they kept it more action, platform oriented like the old school Sonic games. All the added exploration, finding certain objects, etc., takes away from the momentum and becomes dull and boring.
A 7 out of 10 for average gamers, but an 11/10 for the fans.
Random objects placed everywhere & maybe it’s just me but I had difficulty finding the next objective.
Sonic's core gameplay design that is speed has never felt more at home than with an open world format. The game is full of such truly epic moments while also being riddled with an abundance of questionable design decisions. Ultimately though, the highs outweigh the lows in this case to make for a memorable and worthwhile experience.
One of the most interesting sonic game since a good while. Really good feeling control and the game has a good length even while rushing things up. I would probably not recommend it at full price, but at a sale, it is a mustbuy even for the least interested sonic fan.
Meh. This game is simply meh. Sega is frustrating... they are so sloppy in making games it seems. In this case, Sonic runs faster than the world loads. Most of the side quests seem irrelevant and the shear number of things on the map in which I can collect, seemingly has no point other than it's on the map and therefore I should collect it. The challenges are mostly uninspiring and questionable. I give this a solid 5 out of 10. Its meh.
If you are a Sonic fan I highly recommend because of the traditional linear stage gameplay and the open world element. This game incorporates all of sonics classic abilities with enhanced combat styles and movement that is modern and exciting.

7/10. It's a surprisingly good base for Sonic to build off of in the future.
I don't think Frontiers would be for new Sonic players. There's alot of tid bits and references that newer Sonic fans wouldn't understand.
I personally enjoyed it, but some mechanics and controls are very... Sonic, if you get me. But I do love this game and the voice acting.
I will forever love Roger Craig Smith and his work as Sonic.
this game is mid, literally for every good idea it has, an equally bad idea follows it, it has some potential and could have a really good sequel, but as a sonic fan I am disappointed
