Warner Bros. is in the preliminary stages of making a new Scooby-Doo movie. Very little is known at this point, except that Randall Green and original producer Charles Rover are attached.
Deadline has the report, which comes a mere 10 years after the most recent theatrical Scooby-Doo movie, Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. That film was the sequel to 2002’s live action Scooby-Doo. Both films starred Freddie Prinze Jr, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Matthew Lillard, and Linda Cardellini. (And Scooby.)It is unclear whether or not the new movie will be live-action, though obviously it will likely feature a new cast. Who would you pick to star as Fred, Velma, Shaggy, and Daphne?
