Walkthrough
Set in an unknown future, Stellar Blade lets you play as Eve, a young female part of a defense protocol that fights for the entity known as Mother Sphere. Eve has to battle Naytibas, deadly creatures that have been swarming different areas of Earth for quite some time now. To do so, you’ll learn unique skills, find strong equipment, master your parrying abilities, and, why not, dress in some cool suits.
If you want to know how to solve all the puzzles, defeat all the bosses, find the best way to the objectives, and learn the most useful tips for every main quest, please check our Stellar Blade walkthrough guide.
Stellar Blade: Story and Setting
You start playing as Eve, a woman we don’t know much about as she is sent to protect a district on Earth being controlled by Naytibas. These creatures can be found anywhere in many different regions, while the human population seems to be decreasing.
With the help of some characters you meet, you’ll have to help Xion, apparently the only city that hasn’t vanished yet, and face the Elder Naytiba, leader of the antagonistic force. In the process, you’ll learn more about Eve, the world around here, the Naytibas, and Mother Sphere.

What Difficulty Should I Choose?
When starting a new campaign, you’ll only find two difficulty modes in Stellar Blade: Story and Normal. The former is for players who want to enjoy the story and have a good time, with weaker enemies. Normal, on the other hand, should be your pick if you want to have challenging encounters and learn how to master your parry and dodge mechanics.
However, these aren’t the only options in the game. Once you finish the main story one time, you’ll unlock Hard Mode, with enemies that can take your whole life in only a couple of hits.
But if you prefer the other way around, when playing Story Mode, you can go to the settings and put the Action Assist mode "on". This is an accessibility feature that will slow time a bit and show you what button you need to press at the right moment when fighting regular enemies and bosses. It’s a perfect option for those who want to get good at the game without the frustration.
